Privacy Policy
Click A Deal Pty Ltd takes your privacy very seriously. The information you fill in at the time of purchase is stored securely on our server for the purposes of identifying who has purchased particular products and for warranty purposes. This server is protected by a firewall, anti-virus software and passwords. This information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. The only information we store is what you have already told us about when you purchased a product. We may use this information to inform you of upcoming promotions and specials.
Deliveries
We use Australia Post's eParcel facility for all deliveries in Australia. We use software provided by Australia Post to generate barcoded address labels and a consignment number. When we despatch your order, you will be informed by email and a consignment number will be provided. You can then use this consignment number to track your delivery directly at www.eparcel.com.au. You should allow 24 hours for this information to be updated.
Credit Card Transactions
We choose to use ANZ's eGate™ facility to process credit card transactions. This gives our customers the peace of mind knowing that their purchase is processed in a secure environment. Credit card details are not stored on our server but remain in a secure environment at the ANZ bank.
Currencies
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Refunds
Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for items which are not faulty or have not been damaged in transit. If you have purchased an item you no longer require, eBay may be a good way for you to on-sell your purchase. If your purchases has been damaged in transit, contact us within 2 business days of delivery and we will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us at our cost. As soon as we have received the faulty goods back into store, we will ship you a replacement. If we are unable to replace the item/s with an identical make and model, we will offer you a full refund.
Warranty Claims
If you purchase has not been damaged in transit, but the product is faulty or develops a fault over time, the manufacturer's warranty conditions apply. Contact the manufacturer directly to receive a replacement or have the faulty item repaired.
