Q. How long before my order is despatched?
A. Most orders are despatched between 1 and 3 business days.  You will be advised via email when your order has been despatched.  Your email will also include the consignment number for tracking purposes.

Q. How will my order be sent?
A. All orders are despatched via Australia Post.  We use Australia Post's eParcel facility.  This means you will be able to log onto 
www.eparcel.com.au
and track your consignment.

Q. How are shipping charges calculated?
A. We charge shipping on each item in your shopping cart.  Each item is then packed and shipped individually with its own consignment note.  The shipping charges will not be immediately viewable in your cart, but will be added to the final amount and charged to your credit card at the time of processing.  The order confirmation page will then display the total amount, including GST and shipping.
